Emerging Leaders Program enables employees from the middle Tennessee area to participate in this impactful program. Targeting employees who are new to management, who have been performing a management role without formal training, or those who aspire to a management role in the future, Emerging Leaders consists of 16 half day sessions provided over eight months. Each session will be conducted in person and offer large and small group discussions, exercises, and activities. Dates are as follows and course descriptions are available.

Session 2, November 16th & 30th: Presentation Skills

Session 3, December 7th & 14th: Change Management

Session 4, January 4th & 11th: Business Writing & Finance for Non-Financial Managers

Session 5, February 8th & 15th: Negotiation & Influence

Session 6, March 7th & 14th: Managing Conflict

Session 7, April 11th & 18th: Coaching & Emotional Intelligence

Session 8, May 9th & 16th: Strengths-Based Leadership
